Directions
The Powell Brothers Proving Grounds Lacrosse Camp is located on the beautiful campus of Cheshire Academy, a world renowned private school in Cheshire, Connecticut. The resident campers will stay on campus in the school dormitories. The day campers will be dropped off prior to 9am and be picked up after 8pm (See schedule below). Casey and Mikey as well as many other Powell family members will be in attendance throughout the entire week making this a one of a kind family oriented lacrosse camp. We have recruited a world class staff to make this camp, what we believe, the best in lacrosse. Our goal is to give each camper top notch instruction in an inspiring environment. Combined with some inside Powell training tips and off the field line- up of activities; this camp is sure to be a very memorable week for campers. The Powell Brothers recall their summer camp days as some of the best times of their lives and hope to pass along the same feeling to all in attendance. Hope to see you this summer!!

Stretch, speed training, Syracuse patented stick skill drills! (This session is demanding, but very effective. To ease the start of the day you'll be listening to the beats of the Powell Brothers on field DJ.) |

Free time at the dorms. Enjoy the on campus game room playing Mikey in a game of ping pong or battle Casey in a game of John Madden football. There will also be an on-field coach if you choose to put extra shooting and stick work in. |
